This placed is a rip off . I purchased a part for My Travel trailer and never used the unit . So i go to return the unit to the parts department . When i get there the parts manager is not there so the guy behind the count take my information down and tells me that when the Parts manager get in he will call me so i leave the unit with him Knowing i have the credit card receipt . So i wait two weeks and no call . So i called them .Parts manager still not there . Twice . So i called my credit card company and dispute the charge . 5 1/2 months go by and all of the sudden the charge show up so i called the credit card company and ask them why the charge was back on my card . they told after several attempt to contact the company that they finally told them they did not receive the item. THIS IS A LIE. Do not spend your money at this place

Poor customer service. Came out of our way(Youngstown) for some supplies and parts for our new diesel motorhome and was not even greeted with a hello or welcome. We needed a replacement screen for our door and although the gentleman at the counter was ok, the gentleman supposedly in charge of parts couldn't be bothered to stop his paperwork and look up a replacement screen. Thanks but no thanks..we will continue to give our business to Ralph's RV(they aren't open on Mondays).
