He constantly cancels appointments even ones you have made weeks in advance. Same old excuse: I'm booked up, can't get to you. Well, my time is just as important to me as his is to him. The constant breaking of appointments is not only a pain but totally unprofessional. Ever hear of an appointment book Bob?
