“I love automobiles….but I DREAD the purchase process at the dealership. It’s almost always is a 2-4 hour negotiation….time that you’re never going to get back. But that didn’t happen at Salem CDJR. My salesman, Sheldon Marzano, was outstanding! Once we reached an agreement on the price, the ball was rolling. I was in and out of the dealership and driving off in my car, in around 45 minutes. Everyone I dealt with at Salem CDJR, were awesome. From the General Manager, Brandon, to the Sales Manager, Tony, and even the Service Manager, Rick, everyone answered my questions, took care of “I owe you”s that were made during the purchase. “My Nissan frontier would not start, Gave these guys a call. They showed up sooner than expected & were able to diagnose the problem. It was a simple part but Rob figured it out right away & showed me how to fix it again in the future if needed. They even went out & got the part I needed. Simple rubber part to engage the switch behind the clutch, I had feared it was the starter. All in all they fixed the problem in under an hour & would gladly use them again if needed & recommend them to my friends. thanks!”
“Guys if you’re looking in the reviews to see if this place is the place for you to buy a car new or used look no further except for Jamie Hubbard (one of the (no I’m not glazing) coolest salesman they got) he was super patient even when I was dragging this whole buying a car thing out cause of my crazy work schedule and how many people go to this guy to buy a car through him these guys are not crooked they are legit and let me tell you if you are honest with them they are truly honest with you be forthcoming about your situation like I was and they go to some great lengths to help you out I was at first going to be at a high 16 percent interest rate then I told them about my situation how I’m going to be leaving the state and this and that I want something really reliable that can make quite a drive and they went with me at 11.50 percent for my first ever auto loan in my lifetime most people that are 21 like me are super lucky to even get 12 to 15 percent being truthful really is how good business comes about just like Jamie said and hats off to Jessica as well helping getting the insurance switched over for me THANKS JESS!
