Professional, attentive not just to my cat, but to my needs also. Very informative on the whole process of treatment. I would highly recommend for treatment of their pet. Also, surprisingly very inexpensive.

My 13 year old yellow lab had a medical emergency at 6pm on a Saturday. They were completely booked with triage patients and only open until 10pm. After taking info, they squeezed my girl in. It was a long wait, as expected, and they were able to save her, while offering compassion and full disclosure every step of the way. The entire team stayed until midnight and stayed with me while I loaded up and exited the parking lot. I can't thank them and praise them enough!

Took my grandmas dog to the vet urgent care last night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was excellent and very quick. I definitely recommend that you use Adamson.

Unexpectedly yesterday our 15 year old beagle mix could not keep her balance and had a constant tilt to her head.
Lucky’s never been sick and could run like a deer.
Our veterinary office was closed but recommended Adamson Emergency Care.
I called and provided our information and was given an appointment. When we arrived we were impressed with the compassion and care provided to us.
Lucky crossed the Rainbow Bridge. With the love and kindness of the staff & my family.
We are thankful for such great care.

Brought my pet in. THEY WERE NOT BUSY. Waited 45mins to get a room. Waited 1hr and 26mins for the assistant to come in to take my pets temperature and weight. They were told exactly what was wrong with my pet and what needed done. The assistant told us to wait for the Doctor to "actually determine" what needs done. Waited 1hr and 54mins for the Doctor. Again told the doctor exactly what needed done, she rolled her eyes an examined my pet for only 2mins and repeated what I told her and left. Then they charged us $250+ for the "check up".
Edit: They were going to charge me over $2800+ for medication and surgery plus of other things that were not needed, I left.
Also If you're going to have a Vet with Urgent Care please do not make it only three days. Urgent care needs to be EVERYDAY because it's URGENT CARE.
Edit 2: I went to another vet in and their check up cost $55. His surgery is only going to cost $500+ Where Adamson was trying to change me $2800+ with check up ($250)
Edit 3: The other vet only charged us $318 for the surgery. The medication was free an they did a complementary flea bath/ nail trim. They also offered to cut the stitches for free once it heals
(DO NOT REPLY TO MY REVIEW. DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU THANKS)

My baby had a blood blister burst and I was so scared it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I’m not from this area so I just googled emergency vet near me and they popped up. I called and asked if I should bring her in because this has never happened to her before and I was in a panic. The receptionist said she would ask the vet and placed me on hold. She said the vet told her that it was better if I took her to a 24 hour clinic an HOUR away. I hung up still trying to stop the bleeding and just decided to take her to their vet since it was only 7 minutes away and I was panicking. I rung the buzzer and waited there for literally 6 minutes and there was no sense of urgency from them. Some lady came out to the door and just cracked it not even letting us in and explained that this vet was for skin and diarrhea issues and they would not be able to do anything for her if she needed stitches and if I wanted the number to the other vet. Her bleeding had stopped by then so I went to Walmart and got hydrogen peroxide, Neosporin and adhesive. The reason I’m so upset and what bothered me most is how uncaring they seemed to be. My dog is basically my child and when you’re scared for them you want to feel reassured by the veterinary staff and I didn’t feel that way at all which is disappointing. I didn’t feel they cared about my dog in that moment and that’s the point of having high quality vet care is that they CARE.

I had brought my dog in on Tuesday after hours for the Urgent care. The girls at the front desk were fast to act and bring a bed out for my dog who couldn't walk due to her back legs. They were fast to check us in and bring us back to a room(all in the meantime they took our dog back right away and were checking her out) as soon as we got into a room the doctor came in and explained to us what she thought was going on and what our possible options were. We ended up getting x-rays for our dog just to make sure what the vet had thought was true. They were fast to do the x-rays and treated our dog so well during the process. We ended up having to make the tough decision to put our dog down. The staff was so kind and compassionate during the whole thing kept checking on us and making sure we were okay the one staff member even brought us two heresy kisses as one final kiss to our sweet girl. They staff always gave an estimate of what it was going to cost before we decided which was super helpful. I couldn't recommend this urgent care enough they truly care for your animals like they are their own!

Just called in several hours before posted close time to bring our choking, possibly suffering from bloat, dog only to be turned down. The suggestion from them on another review to call ahead seems to be a farce. Our dog is suffering from a life threatening emergency and could quite possibly pass. Awful

Very good for urgent care, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! Follow-up placed under urgent or emergency vice general vet to charge emergency medical vice regular vet appointment for a follow up CBC. Charged as if it was an urgent care appointment rather then a follow up It is disappointing to have the vet tell you it was a follow up CBC to check on changes from urgent care to be treated as it were an emergency From out of town but will try to find another vet that cares about the pet rather than their cost.

I’ve always recommended this place to everybody. The lady that answered the phone when I called will make people leave as her attitude is terrible. I understand she isn’t caring for my animals but people do NOT want to spend their hard earned money where the person answering the phone has a terrible attitude. You are the front of the company and your attitude sets the example. Please do better lady.

Very friendly staff. Yes very expensive but that's the price of convenience on a weekend when every other vet is closed

Twice I have gone for after hours urgent care and been turned away after driving my sick cat 30 minutes to get there. The first time, they hadn’t bothered to update their daily hours online. Yesterday, I was told when I got there that they were closing early to have a training and wouldn’t have urgent care for the rest of the week. Their suggestions were to go to Akron or Pittsburgh instead. If you’re an URGENT/EMERGENCY vet center and you’re going to be closing early for several days, be responsible and make sure that’s adequately reflected online. You are costing people precious time, and it could be the difference between life and death for their pet. That is unacceptable.
