I live on a fixed income and it’s hard to get credit when you only make so much. Our tv (I thought it was big, but my husband thought it would be easier to see a bigger screen so I went and looked at what Aaron’s had. I took pictures of several tvs and he picked the one he liked. I took the VIP membership for $10 a month. I am renting a dresser now, so I kept the membership, just in case.Well our TV went recently and because I kept that VIP service, they picked it up! It couldn’t be fixed and we now have a new television.I only rent what I can spare, but I will ALWAYS keep that membership.Frankie is the manager and goes above and beyond to keep the customers satisfied.

Aaron's in Salem Ohio has been an exceptional experience for me. Their team came and installed a refrigerator for me after my husband passedaway and went beyond what they were expected to do. A sales person named Lynn always keeps me posted on discounts and sale items.

I am in a wheelchair and have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to come out to put a new pump on my washer. They no the problem keep wanting to set me up with a full size washer that I can not use. I can not keep going to the laundry mat because I don't have the money to do it I just want my washer fixed

To be honest this place is not a place I'd go. they done my daughter WRONG! she spent alot of $ there washer dryer a few living room suits & for this place to do what they have done! Definitely not A Happy. person! My advice is don't rent there hers was a side by side that got sent back twice to be fixed ! But they only temporary fixed it that's facts! SAD.... Taken advantage of ppl.... disappointed beyond belief

I have been a customer for many years! Have bought everything from appliances to electronics and living room furniture. They are always gracious and considerate. The products are extremely nice and fairly priced for payments. Paul is an exceptional manager and has a wonderful staff under him, so glad they are my nearest store. They have always worked with me on payments as long as I've communicated with them in advance. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Would be ZERO stars if I could. My mom purchased a stove from this location. The bottom got pitted when SELF CLEANING there for the stove doesn't need to be touched to be cleaned other than lightly wiped. They're more less accusing her of gouging the stove. They will not fix nor replace this item. Which isn't this stuff to be "warrantied " ?? paid A LOT of money for this stove, which is now paid off. Very dissatisfied with how my mom was treated and now the stove shes stuck with. We have given this company A LOT of money in the past. They will no longer receive our business or money. We've purchased a WASHER DRYER FRIDGE STOVE. Ashame they've gotten all this money from us and cant simply replace or something as simple as FIX the stove.

Very very rude staff, they harass you daily , show up at your house and ask evasive questions over 1/4 payment being late. Unreal to me , I not sure who the hell this lady thinks she is but im considering returning my purchase which is unfortunate considering i have been a long term valued customer . Regardless never again will i lease from them.
