I was on a work trip out of town and my car had an Engine Malfunction error. Took it there and they tested error code as well as checked all fluid levels. Extremely helpful and professional.

Was greeted right as I walked in the door, and asked what I was looking for. Jacob rounded up the necessary materials for my oil change, recommended a better oil filter for synthetic oils, and I was out in 5 minutes! Great service, will definitely go back.

I stopped in during the middle of a long trip when my car started making awful noises. One of the associates came out and looked at my car with me and helped me find a place that could fix it since I was not from the area. Thankful for their kind help and would recommend going here.

Super impressed!I've got a beater car that has something occasionally pop up and yesterday was literally my car hood partially while I was driving on 4 lane highway 29.I had to pull over at St Rt 66 exit and tried to fix myself in Kroger parking lot. I tried all I could and knew but had no success. I looked up and there was the new builtO'Reillys.It was bitter cold out but hoped Someone could help or recommend a cheaper part to buy that could help me.2 employees were all already outside trying to jump start a car, and as I walked towards door, a 3rd employee come out, seemed to sense me needing help. He was friendly and said anything I can help with, I said yes my hood latch please if you can?He said I can help for sure.He determined my hood release button latch wasn't releasing anymore, so I had a wire hanger in my trunk, and he laid under my car, in only a short sleeve shirt on, and was bitter cold, and rigged my hood down and explained how to undo later and fix, but got my home safe about 20 miles away.He was so nice through it all, and was a big hero to this desperate girl w car trouble when I really needed it.That earned any my repeat business in the future for sure.
