The pharmacy department needs help. I have gone to pick up meds and on several occasions I was told not ready come back. I either call or refill on line 3 or more days pass I go to pick up and same thing, not ready come back at a later time. They say we dont have time to do it, not enough people to help. Please figure out a solution for this, it is getting old.

The store was well stocked and prices are good. Erica, our cashier, helped us get a card which enabled us to take advantage of the sales.

Good overall. It's a regular grocery store and nothing special about it, but the workers are really nice depending on the day (the other workers aren't rude, they just don't interact much). Love shopping here, especially self checkout since it seems that the person working is always nice.

I have not seen such rude employees and management ever the rulers in lima Ohio both of them are better than Kroger but then again this is st Mary's most people here are rude and stuck up

This review is for the online sheet cake order process.
I have ordered 1/2 sheet cakes for the past few years for my mom’s birthday. I’ve had no issues until today! Kroger changed their ordering directions.
You pick your cake from a photo, pick your size, flavor of cake, icing preference, &message piping color. No where does it mention your icing color, edging color or in my case rose colors. So per the photo I got red roses, red edging icing and lavender for message. This is not what I had pictured in my mind. My mistake but to my bewilderment how was I to know the roses and icing were not going to match?
The cake was delicious except for the taste of the red food dye in the roses. Which of course would not have been a problem had the roses been lavender like the message piping.

I am standing in the store now and have been waiting in the checkout line for 20 minutes, even self checkout is back up and has a 10 to 15 minute wait. Open some more line already, such poor service.

Pharmacy allowed us to schedule an immunization for 6:30pm. They wouldn’t take us because they were too busy.

I have used the online ordering with pickup here for years. The employees work hard at it and it shows. Always kind during pickup. Very handy.

Bullied by the bag-boy at the cashier counter. Ordered me to reverse out of the check out isle because his broom was coming through, then circled back to return again. I am a senior citizen however still a full time OTR Trucker visiting. I'm guessing he saw me as a threat somehow as closing time was near. Place was near empty of customers. I stepped back. Thought a moment about this. I have never been at this store location. Decided to divert the escalation leaving that isle. Chose the Self-Check out I found further down. Unaware it was there. Checked out. In the cart area before the exit, an elderly employee glared at me in anger. She then had trouble accessing a shopping cart as it was jammed. I gave her my cart being its in the open. She thanked me. The High School bully and his partner kiddo were at the carts near the exit talking to each other. Thought later to be outbound shoplifting security or Bouncers. Does Kroger have Bouncers now? Tried calling the Manager by phone after to complain. Not available said the CS girl there. He left before store closing. I thought management are the ones with the keys to close up. This happened about 2100 hrs 7/21/2025. Kroger 475 Fortman Driver. St. Marys, Ohio. Think I will stay with Walmart in this area. I am visiting from Florida. Ask all to this per it pertains to, stay in your Ohio even into your silver years. We are friendly to our vacationers in our State.

Great selections and wonderful employees and customer service. Great produce section along with a nice bakery and deli selections. Starbucks staff are friendly and informative on the product line. Great selection for fast sushi. Fresh cut flowers are delicious weekly and the florists are extremely knowledgeable on the variety of flowers.

This has been our go to grocery for years. Since Covid and the joy of “let us shop for you” era, this store has gone completely down hill. The management is awful. It’s never staffed when it would make the most sense, isles full of boxes and shipments that are LITERALLY just piled in the cooler so that if you wanted to see what’s in the cooler, you can’t. Trash everywhere, the meat counter hasn’t been finished or full at their “open hours” in weeks. I love Kroger but this store needs a FULL revamp and if corporate doesn’t care shame on them.
