I have had many problems with this institution in the past. My most recent has been where I have paused using my student account and left $2 in the account and they charged a $3 service fee that I did not know about for not using the card after a certain amount of time. By the time I checked the account I was in debt over $100 because of overcharge fees. I have never been charged a service fee on this account over the couple years I have had it so it caught me off guard and put me in debt. As a college student I think this bank will try to squeeze every cent they can out of you

Absolutely awful company. I have NEVER had the kind of problems I'm having right now with this bank with any other bank I've dealt with. Horrible banking establishment!
