Went there to look for a golf cart body he said he had one coming off a customers cart showed me it and said come back next week it would be off so I did and he said come back in a couple days so I did and it still wasn’t off he said he would call me when it’s off so I haven’t heard from him so I called and he said he sold it they have poor customer service and sent true to there word don’t shop here since then I’ve heard about other things they have done to customers

Had a charging issue they said they could check the charger dropped off they called said no issue noticed a rattle in after pickup it still would not charge called back ask if they could pick up cart they said will be there monday morning havent heard from them since sent to another shop that picked it up 30 minutes later determined charger is bad really not a great experience...

This place is top knotch. I recently had an issue with my icon golf cart. They picked it up withing 30 mins of my call and promptly made the repairs to get me back up and running. They are always helpful when you have questions. I would highly recommend them to service your golf cart.

Beware, these people will screw you! Bought a battery from them, within 5 months it melted and was ruined. Took it in for them to honor the warranty, the guy at the counter didn’t know what to do, he called his boss who over the phone without looking at it decided it was my fault, when clearly it wasn’t. Battery worked fine for months then all of a sudden it melted, none of the other batteries in the golf cart were doing that. Battery was overpriced to begin with. They clearly didn’t want to deal with the warranty process. I will never spend another dime here, and I will encourage all my friends at lotus cove campground to stay away.
