This is the absolute best big lots I have ever been in, I bought some summer furniture and Austin helped me out so much ,he was so kind and knowledgeable about the furniture dept. It was a pleasure to do business with him. And Krystal the cashier was awesome as well so sweet and helpful. I drove here from fort wayne and I will definitely be back without a doubt. I'm so happy there are still good working people in this world.

Don't order furniture not in stock only buy what's on the floor. Waited for 12 weeks then company no longer sending furniture. Still have to pay to cancel order or buy the display that's been sitting out for four months at full price

We bought a nice new couch, and a few other items for the house. Mark did a fantastic job. That guy deserves a raise and a vacation. We live closer to 2 other stores and choose to drive to this one. I've never had better customer service in retail than from him. We had coupon issues and he was very understanding, patient, and helpful. he did all of that while training a new employee. What great leadership. Bigs Lots should take good care of him!

Big lots corporate your leadership at this new store is terrible starting at your district manager to your general manager you'd think by it being a new store y'all would care more there's two managers running it with a high turnover rate you'd think you'd wanna know why? You'd think you'd care more for being a new store the district manager has only been there one time this year.

Overall I would say this is a pretty good store. Some things are priced a little high and some things are reasonable. Very clean store and friendly staff.

Not the prices I expected to see. I can run to Walmart for less money. Lots of stuff to see and lots of variety though. So that was fun. Cashier was very nice ?
