This was my first time ever having a car worked on by B&K and I can confidently say I will be taking all of my vehicles to Bill from now on. Bill answered my call immediately and had an estimate in my mailbox 3 days later. I dropped my car off to have the front bumper replaced on Monday morning and had my car back early Wednesday afternoon. My car looks great, the price was outstanding and the service was incredible. Bill was friendly and easy to coordinate with. He has a new customer for life. THANK YOU!

Bill went above and beyond providing information and working out price and logistics so I would be without my car very little. Unfortunately the unexpected cost of paint caused me to hesitate just yet to do repairs. But I was impressed with his honesty and willingness to accommodate me so I will definitely be returning when the work gets done.
