My boyfriend and I went today to get his account number and RTN number to have his number transferred to another phone provider and the bald guy with a lot of tattoos was rude and very unhelpful. Chose to lie and tell us he couldn’t give us the information we needed because they didn’t want to lose his service. In fact, could and should have but didn’t. Ended up walking back in and another guy assisted us and gave us what we needed. Didn’t want to lose business but also knew it was his job to provide that information to us. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing service. My husband and I switched to Verizon a few days ago and ordered the new iPhone 15’s. Well we missed the delivery for them (we needed to sign) we leave for vacation on Monday and wouldn’t have received the phones until Monday ! So we panicked and rushed to the Verizon store. I didn’t catch his name but he had longer black/brown hair, he originally said there was nothing he could do because we were in the “in between” area of receiving the phones, but he worked his magic and we left with the phones 20 minutes later ! Such nice staff , they even offered to turn the music up because our 2 year olds were dancing ?

I tried to return a device twice there they all argued with me about it while telling me to call and get a box to do it myself while customer support told me it’s perfectly fine to return in store also had them try to tel me my device was disconnected months ago which isn’t possible. Overall the lady I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful, not my fault your processes for returns are not what they should be so to be treated like it’s my problem not yours is enough to make me never want to come back to your store again.

Terrible service! I went to unlock my iPad. At first they didn't let me explain my problem and what I needed, they told me that it couldn't be done because they were selling us locked devices, then they told me that they didn't do it because the account was no longer active and that iPad was not compatible to work. with no other company. When I left the store, I called customer service and they did everything the store told me couldn't be done, I unlocked my iPad and changed carriers.In addition to giving me the wrong information, they were unfriendly, to the point of being rude.

The girl what waited on .e was rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say. She made no attempt to help me with my proble. I'm going to another company as soon as I can.

This place is awesome. First time I was there was a good experience. I returned again and such great people. I had to return an item and they were out of stock. Told me where I could go to get replacement and they checked the other store online to make sure they had a replacement item.

The worst experience I’ve ever had a Verizon store. I dealt with the manager while picking up a new phone. I was not greeted when I came into the store even though there were 5 employees, 2 not with customers. Handed me my phone once they checked my ID and closed the bag and RUSHED me out the door without even letting me look at the phone. And was told I could set up an appointment to come back after I explained we lived over and hour away.. Was told once I turned it on it would be ready. So I go out to my car since I apparently can’t get any help from the MANAGER. Once I turned on the phone it would not activate without WiFi. so we go back in and are treated with attitude by her again. And I explain the situation as to why we’re back and apparently needed a phone to call the new one. Asked about transferring contacts and pictures. (Only 5gb worth) and was told no and sent out. THANKFULLY the manager at cell store at Walmart next door was super helpful and got the phone set up and transferred within 10 minutes. Will never returned.Updating to add: once we left we stopped at the Verizon in Moundsville to see if they could help with the rest of the stuff. The girl said they closed in 5 minutes but she’d be more than happy to help. Explained to us about the content transfer app and made sure we had every single thing we wanted before locking up for the day even though she stayed late. Your employees could definitely take some lessons in customer service from other local stores because I’ll never return.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Wow while we were being waited on an old gentleman was being waited on beside us. The employee was so patient polite with the older gentleman! Awesome customer service Verizon! My mom has a very difficult time with cell phones! I can honestly say if she were to come to this store she would be treated with respect and patience!?
