My family & I had a very good experience with Value City, and salesman Neal. This store was the third of four that we went to, to look at couches.
I found VC to have the best value overall.. We had a budget of $2,000, and until VC, got worried because previous stores had prices of over $4,000.
We let Neal know we were looking around.. he wasn’t pushy and gave us our space. When ready to ask questions, he was very informative! I recommend this store to anyone looking to find value without spending an arm and a leg!

I went in with my grandfather to get him a new bed. Lynn was extremely helpful in finding a bed that will help with aches and pains. Definitely recommend!!

Love this store and love our salesman, Jason Smith. I can see why this is called “VALUE” furniture. If you are looking to shop with no added pressure this is the way to go. Value furniture truly values there customer.

My visit to Value City on Tuesday afternoon was a success thanks to Jason, a knowledgeable and helpful salesman. My sister and I were seeking different items, but Jason was able to assist us both. I was pleased to learn from Jason that the warranty on my previously purchased chair still applies, despite the wheel coming off within a year. I also found a beautiful decorative piece that complements my apartment perfectly. I purchased a comfortable clearance chair that fits nicely in the nook of my living room and I'm looking forward to picking up my statue decor tomorrow, which will add a touch of elegance to the space.

Jason is always so helpful when I'm in the store. He understands that I'm purchasing for my clients, always shows me exactly what I come to look at, and never tries to upsale me.
