Absolutely worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my life! The guy rushed through it amd was done in 15 minutes. I had to remind him to put on lotion and do the hot stones, which was included. Water cold. The same nail tech started my full set and had to be replaced with another nail tech because he was not doing what I asked, clueless. The owner corrected him and then I watched another person complain about not getting her nails dipped the correct amount of times. He only did 1x and another girl had to fix that client.
The owner, Tracy said she took off the pedicure but there is no way I paid $109 for a full gel set, not ok. I never complain but I will never return to this establishment. Its very sad that some people care more about money then the customer. I still left a tip for the tech who did a good job on my nails. Lesson learned

Arrived for scheduled appointment, for my daughter's prom nails, wrote name on book, sat down and were never acknowledged. Another customer arrived, wrote her name down and never got a chance to sit down because employee called her back, by name, telling her to come on back. I'm sure she was a regular customer, however, we could become regular customer. We sat there for another 10 minutes and were never acknowledged so we called another place to see if there were openings available. There were, so we left and they took us right in.

Andrew and his wife have seen me grow old. They have treated me well for 25 years. They do exactly what I need and treat me well as an older adult. I always get a mani/pedi because my skin is very dry and it helps me stay moisturized. I love ❤️ this couple to the moon and back. They’ll do anything to please you & allow me to call head because of my disability. Don’t be afraid to ask Tracey for hand painted orchids. My mom did not believe Tracey did them free hand.

UPDATE:
as per the store owner’s response, I called. I was given an itemized account of what I paid for. I DID NOT GET GEL ON MY TOES. STILL CHARGED FOR GEL. Then, I mentioned the attitudes here and store manager told me he has “surveillance cameras and there are no attitudes here.” Then he started arguing and mad about the review. I don’t recommend calling the store manager who asks to be contacted. It’s a trick. He’ll just be rude.
I included two photos that shows that my toenail was cut at a weird angle and is not straight and my thumbnail that is acrylic has a divot in the middle. The reason for my one star review primarily is poor attitude, no communication, multiple “ouches” with no acknowledgment at all, and they initially used scalding water for me to put my foot in and I said no because it was too hot and they turned it to the opposite extreme of ice cold. They acted very annoyed that I asked. It was the same for my daughter who was with me. And when I talk to them, they would just make a little smirk and not respond. It was a very awkward experience for me. I also feel that we were overcharged as my daughter got a basic pedicure and just gel nail polish and I got a basic pedicure and acrylics and my bill was over $200. But there was no point in arguing about the price so I just paid and left.

Told mani and pedi was $80 didn’t he’ll gel on toes like I asked for and never got a manicure they painted my nails and charged me $96 . First time there and never going back

I've never been spoken to so rudely as by the store manager when I called about my complaints. He immediately said there's no attitudes here and said he had surveillance cameras. No acknowledgement of the problem with water temps, poor to zero communication, charged me gel price for basic. This nail trip was a special trip for me and my daughter. Rude staff, no one listens, water is scalding or burning, the words I can make out are disrespectful mockery, like. WORST NAIL ESTABLISHMENT.

My two daughters and myself went to get our nails done for one of their birthdays. My one daughter and I decided to just get regular nail polish with me getting acrylics and letting the Birthday girl getting the full work up and design she wanted. They asked if I was okay with the extra design for her birthday I said that was fine. When I mentioned myself and my other daughter was just getting regular polished the employees immediately started talking about us and making jokes. The lady that was doing my nails apparently didn't think I understood her when she called me cheap and poor and I looked at her telling her I wasn't as poor has she was making me sound she was a bit surprised. She then kept asking the guy who was working on the design how he was doing and still stating I didn't want to spend the money or couldn't afford it. Once he said 60 I looked at her and said I knew it was going to be that or more but it's her birthday! I also told her I was very disappointed how she came off thinking we were so poor because I wanted regular polish for my youngest and not gel. I also let her know how uncomfortable she made us and how unprofessional it was. It's a shame because I use to go there for Manis and pedis a lot back in the day (my husband would get me gift cards for Christmas) and I loved watching the updates in the store. But she obviously didn't care, said she would check us out and walked awayWe will not be back there again.

Nails came out looking messy and rushed. Had to ask for three of my nails to be fixed because they were put on crooked. Sister’s nails came out messy and not what she wanted at all. Other sister was straight up denied by one of the nail techs.Services: Nail art
