Takes a while to get orders and they are never correct. Have to spend many trips to the store and call trying to get orders right. Had to end up giving customers their money back for 2 fundraisers. Poor communication as well.

Went in looking for a shirt and they made the process easy. Told them what I wanted and they pulled the shirt I wanted from the back and embroidered it right then. Highly recommend! Great service and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be going back!

My daughter was so excited to go order her Letterman jacket. Brad Swan was so awesome helping her figure out what she wanted. He told her it would take about a couple weeks to get done, but he surprised her and the team finished up the jacket that day and it looked amazing. I can not say enough about what Brad and his team and what they did for my daughter.

The team at Swan's in a matter of hours turned around a Letterman's jacket for my daughter. Their professionalism and help with the process was above and beyond anything I have experienced. I found myself in a pinch tonight needing baseball pants for tomorrow. I called all over the area and Swan’s had just what I needed. Super friendly staff and great price! So glad to be able to support small business over the big box stores. We’ll definitely be back!

Year after year St C schools buy from swans for sports. Orders are often wrong. Products on back order. It takes way too long to receive the orders, then you still have to wait for back ordered products. We have tried to go into the store to try on sizes before ordering, but they did not have the same brand there to try on. Once we get the products, they will not exchange for a different size. They told us to try swapping with another customer. Terrible customer service. I wish the school would use some other screen printing shop. I’ve heard many parents say the same. Too many times we have had issues with them. This year was the last straw. We will not be ordering from them any longer.

I was visiting my hometown and on a whim had decided I wanted to pick up some local sportswear. The folks in Swan's not only went out of their way to help me out and suggest items, but quickly designed and customized on the spot. I am super impressed with the customer service, products, and I absolutely love the new St. Clairsville gear! Thank you, Swan's!! I'll be back for sure!
