I would give -5 if possible. I went in with the photo on the left, came out with the cut on the right. Now the unprofessional business owner is refusing to answer HOW this happened? I specifically said, if you cut it too short it sticks up, which is the exact cut I got. Too short sticking up cut with a RAZOR? Dear lord who does that to someone's hair? No one has razored my hair since 1975. Who even does that anymore??
Upon interview, I asked for point cutting and was told she could do that. The stylists mother came in talking about a friend she went to visit who had already passed (apparently it's a beauty shop and NOT A PROFESSIONAL SALON) and she took a razor and just chopped my hair over and over. Buy the time I realized she was using a razor it was too late, because I wear glasses and cannot see what's happening.
Who would do that? I'll never know because the unprofessional owner refuses to answer questions or refund my $$. Run away.. don't do it. Bad service with an owner who doesn't have a clue how customer service works. Never ever go there. Owner doesn't stand behind good service. Quite a large chunk of hair missing you can see in the photo, and still owner refuses to refund my card.
Update 3/20/24 bad business owner still refuses to refund my card. Please don't go anywhere that the owner doesn't care about good service. The same thing could happen to you ..a chopped up haircut with no refund.

Please save yourself.. don't do it. Terrible service terrible owner. I went in with multiple photos and specific instructions for "point cutting" and was told she could do it. It never happened... Razor.. razor . I specifically said if you cut it too short it will stick up, which is exactly what she did!!! Then put pomade on it because it was fuzzy and sticking up from a RAZOR... No one has razored my hair since 1975. I had no idea people were doing that still, get some training. Attend a class. Gheez RUN. Now the business owner won't refund my money. Gail Poling is the absolute worst business owner I've ever encountered. Refund the bad service you are putting out there for unsuspecting clients looking for good service. Please just close and do the neighborhood a favor.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Robbin did my friends hair and chopped it off so bad it was so choppy and different lengths in so many places and the color faded and ended up green.if i could give no starts i would. they were nice but robbin did a terrible job.

Terrible ass place. my wife's been doing hair for years and does her own. some snobby woman named lisa refused to do my wife's perm bc she simply didn't want to work. Every excuse was clear she just wanted to leave..(noon on a Saturday) she was fine with it till my wife let her hair down and she seen how long it was, then gave ever excuse in the book. while refusing to even do a test strand. Absolutely Terrible service. AVOID!

Sat there for 3 hours for someone to do my nails and they were not worth the price. Four days later 2 of my nails cracked and broke off. Definitely will not be going back!

Please beware of this shop they take your money and don't give it back they are very rude and the eyelashes lady is very unprofessional and the manager hung the phone up in the middle of me talking

Fantastic place to go if you make an appointment and love to wait in a tiny waiting area for 10 minutes every appointment with a receptionist who very much could not care if you ever come back. Almost gave 2 stars based on location, but the coldness of the folks there doesn't warrant it.
