We had some business cards printed, and Haley was just so helpful and phenomenal. i first made a phone call, and then we went in the next day and she made everything so easy and seamless. A great employee. Thank you, Haley. Even though our cards needed to be sent out for processing, they were done the next day very quick and great value.

I sent my older father to staples for me while i was at appoint. Asked him to have a five page document scanned and emailed to me. I needed it on pdf and my scanner broke. They’d charged him near 18$. To have papers scanned???? 4-5 papers. scanned. and emailed. that’s it. He was COMPLETELY ripped off!!!!

I came to Staples looking for a simple charger for an iPhone. No one helped me, one girl pointed her finger but no more assistance.. There’s nothing I hate more than going to Walmart and I am now entering Walmart to get what I came to Staples for and couldn’t get. Worthless.

What a joke. Went in needing some flyers. Was told I could have them in two days. Still have not got an e mail or call from them. Typical of big chain stores, they could care less about the small guy! Won’t walk in this store ever again!!
