Sam's Club is a warehouse club offering exceptional values on superior products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, and TVs. Members can enjoy earlier shopping hours. The club provides excellent deals on stuff and is fantastic for buying in bulk, with always something different to look at. Many find the door people always friendly and note it is easy to find everything, with samples available on Sunday. The store is often not too busy, with no wait to checkout. Experiences in the automotive tire department vary. Some associates are fantastic, providing excellent customer service and doing a fantastic job on installation. However, the tire ordering process can be problematic. Orders may be handled by a third-party vendor and take one to three weeks. Contacting the department by phone is difficult, often routing to an overseas call center with communication challenges, followed by long hold times where no one answers. Some counter staff are perceived as unhelpful. For these reasons, some recommend not ordering tires from Sam's Club.
Not as big as most Sam's and most of their food items are for large families. Purchasing for one is a little challenging. Their meat department is really great! Store is very very clean!
