I called to ask a basic question about signing up for a sams club membership and was rudely acknowledge by the customer service associate Linda. I understand being busy but letting me know she had 2 customers waiting and another on hold on the other line was not the way to handle the situation. As a health care provider I understand being busy but basic manners should always be a priority.

Give people the choice to buy the name brands you use to have and your members mark … I tried your brand of the deluxe mixed nuts.. not near as good as Planters... I would pay the higher price for the taste.. today I tried your cottage cheese.... big disappointment there.. bring back the Chef... restaurant grade.. You want to put your name on stuff and say it is as good as the brand... NO IT IS NOT... the only thing I found so far that is good is the peanut butter... I used a flat bed in the past.. now lucky to fill a buggy...

This place is excellent, their prices are great if you're willing to buy large cases of whatever you need. Electronics are a little overpriced compared to online prices, but that's the case everywhere around here and they're better than best buy. Having to buy a membership to shop here is a little annoying, but they do keep prices lower than everywhere else so I think it's probably worth it. The cafeteria is the best part of the store, you don't need a membership to eat there and the food is excellent (if a bit too greasy). Prices there are fantastic too, $1.75 for a full size pretzel covered in cheese and pepperoni is a great value (favorite thing on the menu by the way, get one!). Drinks are only 89 cents right now too and they have like 20 drinks to choose From. The service is almost always good too, very nice people working there. If you're turned off from the atmosphere and people at Wal-mart, don't assume this is just an extension of that. It's been consistently great the last 9 out of 10 or so times I've been here.
