I have dealt with Paul and some of the others for 20 years. I have gotten many great items through the years. They are always fair with pricing and other issues. I will continue to rent as I need too. I consider them friends and it is nice to walk in and they treat me as such. Great place to deal with and I will go no where else.

Quality rentals in saint clairsville ohio is one of the best stores i have been to. Super polite staff. Always willing to work with you. They take the time to get to know their customers. The service is awesome and their products are top of the line. You are always greated with a smile. If you havnt been their its worth checking out. I discovered Quality Rentals after moving to Saint Clairsville in 2021. Since then I have bought and paid off a new sectional among other rentals im currently leasing. I love that they give the 120 day same as cash option which is rare in most businesses. I have dealt directly with Roy and Nick for most of my experiences and it has always been a pleasure! They are both such great people and have the initiative to build a good relationship with their customers. We actually stopped in today for their sale because my husband seen the Blackstone and the guys were more than willing to get it delivered ASAP and even playfully encouraged a new speaker/karaoke system my daughter was already trying to talk me into. Needless to say we ended up leaving with more than the Blackstone in tow and I'm not regretting any of it. They are always a pleasure to work with and being long time customers has turned it into a great friendship. I highly recommend doing business with them for anything you may need!

Your couch getting wore out, grass getting tall, bored on your days off, have frequent gatherings, maybe the wifey needs a new purse to accent her new dress....this is the place you need to go have anything and everything you need but the best part is they treat you like you are family and are the most amazing people you will ever meet!

I got a brand new washer and dryer from quality rental and my washer quit working I called Roy in the store and there was no questions asked he said I will have you a loaner washer and get yours fixed as soon as possible he said you will have your washer tomorrow you are the top priority so today my washer came and the two men who delivered my washer were awesome they went above and beyond just like Roy and everyone in the store. I would highly recommend quality rental to anybody. Thank you again everyone in the store.

We have ALWAYS dealt with Roy from Blue ribbon rentals to Rent One, and now Quality Rentals!!! He has ALWAYS treated us good!!! Him and Paul has always been there for me and my husband and we appreciate EVERYTHING they have EVER done for us!!! They've treated us with dignity and respect and has never done us wrong. We didn't rent from them for a while but just recently went there to get a lawnmower and I picked up a Michael Kors backpack, which I absolutely LOVE?? !!! It's the real deal and cute, and guess what?!? We got a GREAT deal for both the mower and bag!! We will definitely be back for more!!! WAY more ??? that's for sure!!!
