Brooks was incredible. We couldn't have wanted a better more knowledgeable sales person. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful. Finance didn't stop until he obtained the best possible solution for us. The entire store went above and beyond and we can't thank them all enough. I highly recommend these wonderful people and business. We'll be back for the second one as soon as possible.

Awesome dealership, no hassle or pressure tactics, good inventory to choose from. I told Brooks Huffman what I was looking for and withing 15 minutes of doing the credit paperwork he got me approved for exactly what I came in looking to buy. Couldn't be happier, would definitely do business with them again if I was to purchase another 4wheeler, side by side or motorcycle.

Paid $700 to fix the noise coming from our Sportsman’s 110. Picked it up with the same noise. They told me it would be fine and tried to send me home with it. They fixed the wrong part and had another mechanic look at it, who immediately found the correct problem. They convinced me to keep the starter in it, which they charged me $300 for. In total it cost me $1200. Daughter rode it 4 times and now the starter doesn’t engage. I called the service department and asked if they warrantied the parts or service. He wouldn’t give me an answer of yes. Said they really don’t have a policy on it. Called the owner and he wouldn’t call me back.

Wow, so impressed! I usually distrust dealerships, but not this one... I was on a group ride and broke down 2 miles from their store. I called them and told them I could limp it there. They told me to bring it in and they will help any way they can. They did not have the part I needed but they tried a few other things. We could not fix it, but they had rentals and in 10 minutes I was on the rental and going again. They even met me afterhours on my way back home, so I could drop off the rental and get my bike (wife met me with a trailer). They saved my trip... Amazing showroom and even more amazing people. I have a Polaris / Indian dealer 20 minutes from me, but will now travel the 1.75 hours to use them. This is not just because of what they did for me, but because how they treat the customer and the selection they have. One of their salesman said it best. He said, "We are all so friendly because we are selling fun and enjoyment. If you can't be friendly doing that, then you shouldn't be in this industry." Thanks Jack, Nicole and all the staff for helping me out.

Tony and Brooks were great and I called I on a rzr they had in stock. They where very informative and friendly , helped me look at two bikes and answer and questions I had. I felt pretty good about the over all experience. They only issues I had is I feel the financial side if things could have been explained a little better as I feel I over paid slightly because I didn't understand my options clearly. Over all a pretty good place and they gave me a full rank of gas .

I was searching for a used Indian Challenger Dark Horse. I found a listing for the exact bike I was looking for except it was leftover 2023 model with one mile on the odometer. A few weeks prior I had gotten an OTD price from a local dealer and the price was a few thousand more than the OTD price provided by North Star Polaris.
I knew there had to be some catch because it was too good to be true. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong.
I have purchased several new cars and motorcycles throughout the years and North Star Polaris is by far the BEST motorcycle dealership that I have done business.
Excellent communication, knowledgeable, ZERO B.S. and they gave me a fantastic deal on my trade in towards the purchase.
I loaded up by bike and made a 600-mile round trip from Maryland to Ohio to purchase the new bike.
Everyone the I encountered at the dealership was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
I was also impressed by Brooks (the salesman’s) knowledge of the motorcycle when he was reviewing the features of the bike with me. Usually, I know more about the bike I am buying than the person selling it to me lol.
When its time to trade or upgrade there may be another road trip taking place.
BTW, the bike is amazing!!!!
