I have been with Kroger's pharmacy for a long time and I have to say that things have gotten really bad. And it doesn't seem to mean which location either. They are way too busy to keep up they run out of medications constantly there's times where you have to wait days for a medication to come in that you need right now not in a few days right now. I'm not sure what's going on I know that whatever it is has affected Kroger's pharmacies very badly along with a few other chains. Until the last year and a half or so there wasn't anything that I could complain about they did great they were on time they were informative they were pleasant they were organized they they were always stocked but that has definitely changed

I have used Kroger pharmacy for more than 20 years and have never had a problem with any of my prescriptions. The staff and pharmacists have always been courteous and helpful, making me feel comfortable even when I'm late picking up an order.

I am from Minnesota-was here to attend funeral with family. We don't have Krogers here. The store was well stocked and clean. I would come back to this location.

Brad has been extremely kind,professional and patient with me.Goes above and beyond to be helpful ! Extremely knowledgeable. There are 2 kroger pharmacies closer to my location,but I received the best customer care here! The entire pharmacy staff are fantastic! Give them a raise. Sick customers aren't always easy to deal with.

I'm a Kroger fan and shop predominantly when at home. On the road in look for them especially when renting a car for fuel. But also states that allow liquor sales like Ohio. I've been to this store several times in the past. This store offers fuel, liquor and yum sushi. I mean do you need much more in life?Clean store, friendly service and I would return. 3.5 rounding up.

No reason for it to take 4hours to get 9pills ready then when I get their at 6p.m like I was told my meds would b ready yet they still have to recount them. Turns out they never got done with my meds b4 closing time an now I had to go without a night all because they can't count to 9 in less than 24hours. This is redicilous if u ask me. The staff was full so that wasn't the problem.

I'm trying to write a review about how wonderful Kroger pharmacist and technicians are at your Saint clairsville location. They are professional proficient and have empathy. They go the extra mile for the customer. I don't think they get enough recognition! They always have a smile on their face and a very good attitude. I have been to other Kroger pharmacies and have not found any that compare to how wonderful this one is
