Lady that helped me was kind and knowledgeable, and even shown me other stuff they sold in the store that I was unaware of too, which helps a lot for the future when I order the items, I can go to their instead of ordering from the internet.

We love King’s Jewelers in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The people are helpful and friendly. The selection of men’s rings is wonderful and far surpasses any of those at any jeweler we have been to in our home area of Northern Virginia. We have also found other lovely jewelry items. We visit King’s whenever we get back to the Ohio Valley.

Love the Kings Jewelry in the Ohio Valley Mall. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I knew I wanted something different but wasn’t sure what that was. They spent the extra time and was able to find me the perfect ring!!! I’ve been to several other jewelry stores and not one providing that kind of excellent service!!! Nor had the selection that Kings had. Happy to drive the 3 hours to go to this one!!!

Recently, I picked up repairs that were made on a variety of items damage from a car accident. Very pleased to have them returned to me and repaired.I would like to have been given boxes to put the jewelry in but was told they were unable to do this. Couldn’t understand this because I’ve been spending hundreds of dollars there for the last 4 to 5 months repairing jewelry damaged from this accident.Grateful for wonderful and personal service but that’s the only thing I can say negative. I have five more items that need repaired but unfortunately have to wait until my finances improve, then will be able to finish with the repairs.Thank you ! Kings is my choice for jewelry needs.

My mother bought me a ring about 20 years ago from Kings and I wear it everyday it finally broke. Thankfully Kings was able to fix it for a very good price even straightened it out for me too!!!! 10000% recommend them for any jewelry needs!!!
