I recently had to get tires for a Cadillac CTS ( the granddaughters) and of course they (Zack) had exactly what I wanted. While I was there I figured I’d ask the impossible, Zack was so helpful. I told him what I didn’t like about the tires on my Subaru ( I just bought it a couple of months ago) and would like to change the width, which on an all wheel drive car can be tricky, and Zack says “give me a minute! Long story short, I left with the best tires I could ever find at a size that is “perfect “!!! And the price was awesome!Thanks Zack!!!

I was traveling I found myself with a leaking tire. I went to a national shop which very much tried to help but couldn’t but they immediately said check Joe’s and maybe they have the tire and if not might be able to fix it. Went down the road to Joe’s and Zack immediately just jacked up the car with us inside, took the tire off, fixed the flat right up and sent us on our way. Mind you he would not take a dime for the work. Also gave us a couple of helpful suggestions about things to watch. I’ve interacted with three or four people in Ohio now, and uniformly they have been helpful kind and considerate. Zack was yet another prime example. If I lived anywhere in the area I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Seriously.

My husband bought 2 tires. They are brand new. They fit perfectly. My husband is so happy to not have to lug around the air compressor for tires that go flat.

I was traveling through the area and had two flats at once and luckily I was able to get to Joe’s Tire because they really saved the day. I don’t know what I would have done without them. I’m a Veteran and a truck driver and I will only do business with them from here on out

Traveling across country and lost tire pressure on highway. I found Joe’s in St Clairsville and Zack took a look and found 2 nails. He fixed it, aired it up and I got back on the road. Zack was awesome and super nice. Great customer service. Thank you again!!!!!
