Ive been getting my haircut here for about 3 years now. Never cared who cut it. Today the lady that cut my hair and trimmed my beard was amazing and did exactly what I asked her to do. Best cut and beard trim in 3 years. Thanks Michele

I debated making this post because at the end of the day, my son walked out with a cut he liked. However, I felt by not sharing I would be doing others a disservice so here goes:
I took my five-year-old son in today to get his very first haircut. He asked to have his hair mid-length, kinda shaggy and covering his ears. That is absolutely not what we walked away with. His hair is NOT medium-length, it is short - so short that she had to cut his ears out to make it look ok. It looks absolutely nothing like what we asked for.
However, like I said my son still liked his haircut so I didn't say anything in-shop, but I was very disappointed. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because the stylist who cut my son's hair was very kind, made conversation with me and my son, and made my son comfortable with her. I love a good conversation at the salon, but if you're a stylist, make sure that engaging with the customer does not impact your ability to give attentive, quality service. Although we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, we will likely not be returning in the near future for haircuts.
Requested style: Medium-length, "shaggy" boy's haircut.

Being around the business area and the parking area. Why is it that most of the employees are over weight and stand outside on there phones? Would not use this location for a haircut. I would fear for my children due to employees weight. They may think that my child is a happy meal. All seriousness why is it that at the moundsville location and st clairsville location the the employees are so over weight? Can they even reach over there bellies to cut hair? It is a shame that being overweight is ok in this country. Not body shaming but isn't there a point where you look in the mirror and say I need to change my life style?

I've had my hair cut at other locations, so I thought I'd try this location because it is closer. MY MISTAKE!!!
The worst haircut ever, the only thing good about it was she didn't cut it short, which is what i asked for, What she did was a bowl cut ,so I could fix it.

Went in for a cut came out looking like I got a haircut by blender !!! Worst cut I've ever had. The entire experience in that shop was surreal. The person that cut my hair got chewed out, in front of me and all the customers and coworkers for not being fifteen minutes early for her shift. So I suppose that set me up as the punching bag so to speak so that the employee could feel better ? I do know that I'll never go to the saint Clairsville store again. Never again. Also, I gave the employee a tip, just for showing up to work !!! Enjoy it l, buy the others a couple big pizzas !!!!

I have been getting my hair cut by Kelsey for a little over a year now. I appreciate that I can ask if she's working, signing, and have a short wait once I arrive. She has also advised me about some great products that help when I do my hair.
Stylist: I have gone to Ggreat Clips for a few years, but Kelsey has cut my hair so well that I now always go to her. I have even gone to other Great Clips locations if she is not at Ohio Valley Mall.

I go with my husband for his hair cuts, they're prices are hard to beat, the check in process is easy online, and there's hardly ever a long wait time, plus they do a great job on my husband's hair cuts!
