We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, check engine light, and a recall inspection for our truck on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. They didn't start working on the truck until two hours after the scheduled appointment, but we were assured the truck would be done that night. When my husband went to pick up the truck, everything but the oil change, which was the main reason we brought the truck in, was done. They apologized and said they would take care of the oil change the following morning. In the meantime, my husband, who was dropped off there by a coworker, was stranded there until I could get there (we live 30 minutes away). They finally took care of the oil change the next morning. But other than the apology, and doing something that should have been done the day before, the business did not make things right. We will not be returning and we will be sharing our poor experience here with family and friends.
