Prices are good and basic foodstuffs can be had--but hardly ever enough cashiers. Now they have self-serve checkouts, which ca be helpful. Good pharmacy staff.

I worked here when i was 16 and come back each time im in town 18 years later. Its a staple in the community with low prices with a varity of goods.

Got there and a sign on the door says we sanitise carts nightly.I left immediately because what good does that do when hundreds of people touch the carts.I don't think they care about our safety very much there.

again they need to revamp this store badley. its clutered you Cant walk in the front of the store where the registers are. shelvs are never stocked employees are rude & nasty.All of this has been an issue since long before covid.

this store needs a revamp it needs cleaned up.This store is an embarrassment to the Nordonia hills community looking at your other stores in Aurora Solon & Brecksville those put this location to shame. shelves are always empty not enough cashiers long lines at the checkouts small selection. and get the landlord to fix your parking lot their are craters you can damadge you car.

Carol, who works here, is AMAZING!!! I have gestational diabetes and ran into a roadblock trying to refill my insulin. My insurance wouldn't cover it until June 16th bc of how it was originally billed. It was supposedly fixed and would be in this morning w the insurance covering it. My husband got there to pick it up and it still was saying I couldn't fill it until June 16th! Carol is an angel from God and filled it anyways and said they'd figure everything out with the insurance. HUGE weight off of our shoulders! Thank you so much Carol!!!!!!

I have never visited this Marc’s before today... and it’s the best one! Happy I found it and that I work close. Very clean, all shelves stocked and organized, very friendly staff, and lines went quickly!

The lines are the slowest. I literally came in the store for seven items. It took me about 5-7 minutes to get them. I spent over 20 minutes in the 12 items or less line. That did not lend itself to a pleasurable shopping experience. There was a total of four lines open with customers all over the place trying to figure out where the lines began or ended.
