“They now have self checkout for small trips, an attendant is always ready to help should you need it. I love the closeout area, I always end up purchasing something from that area for a great price. Produce is always fresh as well as the meat department. Staff is always friendly and my shopping trip is always quick.”

“Heinen’s is one of the best local grocery stores you’ll ever find. Lots of locally sourced foods, lots of quality and wholesome ingredients, all at more affordable prices compared to the bigger chain stores. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and my kids enjoy getting a free cookie at the bakery! And the twinsburg Heinen’s is one of my top favorite Heinen’s to visit, because of how nice, cohesive, and organized the store is. May be weird it’s a reason I will never move away, but having a grocery store like Heinen’s close by is for sure a game changer!”

My only minor complaint is that there are usually not enough registers open during peak times. I adjust the times I shop to avoid a crowd or long lines but around holidays and weekends, this cannot be avoided.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Update: Found the first rude worker, Rashawna. Barely mumbled good morning to me, dropped my receipt on the ground, was focused on everything but checking me out. It takes years to get a customer and much less to lose them.”
“What a great store. Parking plenty with easy access doors and drive up pick up. Store is well organized, layout is sensible, and all areas are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful with any concerns you may have or needing to locate an item. Deli, fish, and meats all fresh and stocked. Checkout was easy and pleasant.”

“I've always enjoyed going to Aldi's for the fact that there's stuff there that you don't even know they're going to have. It's not always the same experience. And that was the case this time and I got some great stuff.”
“Really interesting store. I wasn't familiar with some foods, and I couldn't read all of the labels. A lot of the languages looked Ukrainian, Russian or Eastern European. The people were kind when I asked them a few things, although I couldn't always understand them with them accents and unpolished English. They have all kinds of baking ingredients, including cake layers. There are breads of all kinds. You can buy candies by the pound. Check out the deli meats, cheeses and cakes. There are bottles of juices. A frozen section contains small servings of different foods, including Herring. Plenty of canned goods ate stacked on the shelves. Check out this clean store.”

“I like Aldi's, sometimes produce items are out of stock but if you stop back a couple days later it's restocked. But if there is a non-food item you like, buy it when you see it because it probably won't be there when you go back. Go in, grab a box (or bring your recycle bags), fill it up and check out. Simple as that.”

“I'm from Mobile. We visited Zak's while in Ohio seeing family. I wish we had a Zak's here. It is large, clean, they had some great deals and a variety of products.”

“They certainly have a wide variety of shopping needs! For grocery items of course, but they also have a nice selection of clothing items and footwear! Hygiene items, a large selection for pet care, and other essentials. Nothing is cluttered, wide open spaces, the people in the area as well as the staff are really personable and friendly which is a definite plus! Makes for a nice shopping experience, to say the least!”

“I haven't been at this location for a few years. I was so pleased with the overall appearance and product availability. The produce is the first thing you see on the way in. The selection was good and tidy. There was only one cashier though, I think there should be at least 2. I'll go again and hopefully it will be a good experience as well.”

“A very very good place to go I've been going there for more than 30 years the original place and the other place they used to go to on Broadview over in I think it was Maple Heights now they're back at the original place and State Road and they do take EBT for people that do not have cash he also has hours from Wednesday through Saturday he's closed the other days like Monday Tuesday and Sunday for cleaning and getting food in for preparing he does deliver for seniors and close to his shop recommended from old family friends”
