Though there are some occasional maintanence issues overall its a very nice small community with very nice people. My partner and i have lived here about a year and havent had any issues with anybody at all. Oh and you cant beat the rent!

The apartment was ok. Nothing got fixed. Had to put the screen door on myself. Heater went out in winter. Got one little space heater for a week. They said it was ok. Only got to 45 during the day.
