If I could have left a review with a quarter of a star, it would have been too generous. Whomever the woman is who was working the shift at 3 pm on Monday, August the 21st, was beyond nasty. She was rude past the point of normal rudeness. And perhaps someone should tell her to leave her slovenly drunk husband at home, and not have him hovering over costumers and making a menace of himself. Absolutely will not be spending my money there anymore.

I called the Russell's Point store today about a dinner, woman on the phone was super unfriendly and rude. At this point, it isn't worth it to walk in any VP locations, including Jackson Center. Unprofessional and major attitudes. District Manager needs to wake up and smell the coffee. I've never seen so many toxic people like their employees ever. I'd give no stars if I could.

One of the most unprofessional gas stations I’ve been in! They don’t acknowledge if your payment went through or not, just leave you standing there looking at them, most of the workers have horrible attitudes don’t say thank you or have a nice day just walk off, seems like their more interested in talking to other coworkers instead of doing their job! Don’t recommend going into the store if you stop here for fuel

The older lady with longer grey hair is always so rude.Everytime.... And I mean everytime, she makes zero eye contact, asks if I have a marathon card and before I even say yes, she scans the one by the register. Always eating and pretty much throws the change back at us.

Rude staff, I ask for cigs and I get mean mugged cause the don't wanna turn around to get them.. , always a long line and only one person behind counter, bathroom always dirty, store is also dirty which is a shame cause they sell hot food.. and outside trash stays overfilled.. there is only one younger girl that works there and she is so nice all the rest are rude and could care less..

People are rude, place is dirty, p*** on the toilet seat and the tank for 3 days now and they have been marking off that they have cleaned it ... disgusting. only reason I go there is to pick up my kid everyother weekend. Do not recommend this place

Freaking nasty. Bathrooms have p*** and pee all over them. No soap and does have paper towels but you can not access them as the dispenser is broken. If you can not keep a bathroom clean then what is the quality of the food. Sorry I'll pass.
