As someone who helps operate a business we use USPS as a carrier frequently. My experiences with the staff at the Russells Point location have always been incredibly positive. The staff goes above and beyond to help me when I have questions or when I’m in need of assistance. Serena, Rock, Evie, Susan and the entire team are wonderful. I am so grateful to have them as a local resource. Keep up the great work! You are appreciated.

Postal worker Serina Leistritz drove to my house today as a package was delivered to them by mistake in Indian Lake area and i live in East Liberty, (about a 30 minute drive) the creepy crawlers she delivered will be really enjoyed by my dragons. It was way beyond her job duty to do it and she did it anyways instead of sending them back. And the appreciation I have cant be explained as they would probably die before getting to me with the heat and everything had she not delivered them today. Thank you for going above and beyond, not many people do that these days and dont get the thank yous they deserve (pics of the happy dragons with full bellies). She is very much appreciated for what she did, and she smiled the whole time. She is amazing and definitely thinks about her customers ahead of anything else. Thank you!

The office itself is well kept, clean and the clerks are courteous. Most carriers are competent, professional and friendly. Overall, better than the other raitings suggest.

P.O. Box service in Russell's Point is top notch. The clerks are helpful, friendly, and always insure I receive my mail and packages.

Don't bother calling, just go to the post office.Their automated support line won't connect you to anyone, it's painful.My failed package delivery actually got sent to the wrong post office, lady at the location here was nice though.Edit: Came back to remove another star due to their automated phone system and not being able to get whether or not they're open on Veteran's Day.

Whatever happened to pride in one's job? I swear Covid has taken humanity away from some people. Mail runs inconsistently and sometimes not at all. I see the mail carrier drive by my house and then comes back later. Several times had packages mishandled. All over a bad experience. USPS, whoever is in charge please fix these services. The inconvenience of it all is the right people don't care.
