“Dealing with TriLink was very easy. I did everything online or on the phone. The unit had outdoor drive-up access so was not temperature controlled but that wasn't what I was expecting or paid for. That means it was damp, but I planned for it. I have not found any evidence of bugs or rodents in the things I stored and am very happy about not having to deal with that.”

“I would give storage place has a 5-star rating if safety were involved. The grade for which has to be a part of the entryway for this particular storage area is at an awful downgrade. If a full loaded truck and or trailer or to pull into the storage area to begin left they would be sliding down hill. Friends of mine are storing there extra properties at this facility and have plenty of room for what they need to store. In some of these storage areas sometimes it's difficult to figure out where the contact phone number is to reach someone who can assist. Of course not all are this way. The storage facility is on convenient location. Just outside of Bellefontaine Ohio off Route 130”
