Jeff was such a knowledgeable professional. Never would I imagine my roof and siding to look the same as the day we had it installed years ago! Such attention to detail to the point that I tried to look for a spot they missed, couldn’t find one big enough to complain about. Highly recommend!!

We hired Childress Restoration to soft wash, strip off the old stain, and reseal our loghome and shop. Soft washed in May, and didn't return until September. He had to soft wash again. Then he chemically stripped the house and building. The stripper also removed the paint from our gutters, drip edges,, and the finish off of all of door hardware. It stained the garage doors and all the other doors. Also all the outside lights were filled with the stripper water. As a result of all this, we had to have our gutters replaced, all doors repainted and hardware replaced, replaced the outdoor lights, had to take apart and clean all the storm doors. Needless to say we are really disappointed. It was a lot of money just to have it last less than 2 years. We do not recommend them to do a restoration on a loghome. They were not properly equipped to do this kind of job. We now have to start all over again. If you need someone to soft wash they are great for that.

I thought our siding had faded and needed replaced, but they came out to look at it and informed us it was oxidation that needed removed. After they cleaned it the house looked like new. Highly recommend!

I dont know how long it’s been since my house was cleaned.. when I moved in it was so disgusting there were layers of black and green and just discoloration all over the place. I never thought that it would look light yellow ever again. It was stained in so many places. However, my house honestly looks brand new. As soon as he was done, I had a neighbor walk by and notice immediately and complement the look!! I’m beyond satisfied and would recommend him for any restoration needs!!! Will definitely be calling him again!

We have used Jeff and Heather three times over the past few years to soft wash different areas of our home's exterior surfaces. This year we had them clean the entire exterior siding surfaces, the awnings, the decks, all concrete, and the windows (inside and out). It is amazing how the house looks once it's clean. They did an excellent job, and completed everything in one day. They are a true pleasure to work with as they are reliable, their work quality is superior, and their prices are reasonable. The other thing I like about their processes is that it really is a "soft wash"--Jeff knows how to remove dirt and biological growth without having to use high pressure water cleaning. I had my house power washed for the first time by Jeff and I was super pleased. He did a great job and was extremely professional. Not only did he get the job done but he walked me around the house afterwards to let me know what he did, what he saw and asked if I was happy with it! Jeff was great to work with. I requested a quote on their website and he reached out to me via text the same day. He was able to come to my house the next day to give me a quote and actually did the entire job the that day! He cleaned the entire outside of our house including roof, brick, gutters, soffit, landscaping blocks, sidewalk and concrete driveway.
