I have 3 different packages from different companies all lost at Rossford Ohio USPS shipping for over 2 weeks now trying to make it to Michigan.

The lady's at the front counter had a bad personality, no customer service at all.

Tried to visit this post office twice in past week. First time I got there at 12:55 pm. Note saying closed for lunch at 1....it's 12:55 so why is it closed. Second time same thing. Website states closes at 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch. Which is it?Very disappointed and frustrated

I’ve had my package say that it’s from UPS at Rossford and every time I call you can’t talk to an actual person to see what’s going on. And about time you finally talk to someone there like oh well that place no longer exists you have to call the Postal Service you call them you still can’t talk to an actual person so who knows when I will actually get my package

Had a Package that had an Expensive item get shipped and dropped off for last mile delivery through this location and a month later and still no package , Not a good idea to do this to someone who knows the ins and out of the delivery service profession seeing as I know who to contact, who to launch an investigation as to what happened to my package etc . I'm not an Eliterate person when it comes to how packages are shipped etc I will be having an internal investigation done on this USPS post facility and I will be reimbursed for the shipping and for the item that is in question and I will be pressing Federal charges against those responsible for all of these other people's packages and mail supposedly coming up missing, you should have done your homework before stealing my package but it's fine I'll allow the FBI and Federal Mail investigators deal with this and you will have plenty enough time to be sorry for thses thefts . Have fun when that Jail cell clangs shut behind you. This report and the proper parties will be contacted 1/24/2024 so be ready to do some time.

I have three packages sitting in Rossford Ohio, apparently once they are there they don’t move on. I’ve had one package there for over 13 days. The other two have been there a long time too. What is going on??? Apparently Amazon doesn’t care they said I will just have to wait. I am so frustrated!!!

Apparently they routed my parcel to the wrong post office. So it appears it won't arrive before Christmas.

Always get great service and am grateful for the Rossford post office.I am there five or six days per week.Have no complaints. The gal in charge does a great job!

Something is going on with this place!!! I had a order ship on December 5th and it was supposed to arrive to me by December 13th and it has not arrived yet. The company I ordered my merchandise from had to resend the item. I hope this is not a continuous pattern because from on my end you can no longer see the item move once it reaches this spot tracking the item through ups and it has not moved ever since December 9th.

They don't answer the phone, and they lost my package. I haven't gotten any updates on my package since December 9th, which is weird because someone else on here says their package has also been there since December 9th.

Apparently packages go here to never be seen again. Multiple orders from different senders going through this facility ALL LOST! missing over 8 Christmas gifts because of these yahoos!! I stop at my local USPS and they stated they get hundreds of complaints about these guys. So frustrating!!!

Store sign and online both say opens at 8:30 am. Here at 8:36am and still closed. Shouldn't a building that's technically federal be open on time????
