I have 3 different packages from different companies all lost at Rossford Ohio USPS shipping for over 2 weeks now trying to make it to Michigan.

The lady's at the front counter had a bad personality, no customer service at all. Was on the phone with her family members when I dropped off my package, 05/16/2024

Tried to visit this post office twice in past week. First time I got there at 12:55 pm. Note saying closed for lunch at 1....it's 12:55 so why is it closed. Second time same thing. Website states closes at 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch. Which is it?Very disappointed and frustrated
