Every time I’ve been here everybody is always so welcoming and helpful !! Today Debbie in particular was so kind and helped me find the right foundation shade and assisted with all my skincare needs!!! Emily who was in the morphe section was also very sweet & bubbly and gave great recommendations for brushes and lip gloss !!!

Had my eyebrows done today by April. Such a kind lady. I absolutely love my eyebrows. I also had a question about a few sunspots on my face and what else I could do to help lighten them up and there was a gentleman. She called over and he explained a few things to me and gave me a few samples to try. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will be back to have my eyebrows done and to get a few facial cosmetics. Great job! Ulta, you have wonderful employees that just make you want to come back.

I’m not great with makeup and really needed a good powder foundation that would smooth my skin and normally I would just hope for the best but someone recommended the Mac and Clinique powders and they’re perfect! Was definitely a game changer for my birthday makeup and I wouldn’t have thought to get it had she not said anything. I wish I had got her name but she had on a pink sweater and had eyebrow slits in one eyebrow. She knows her stuff!

I booked an appointment to have my hair curled. I simply asked for my entire head to be curled from the root. The girl complained that my hair was getting caught on the jewels of her nails, and stopped doing my hair saying she was having a hard time. When I told her I was unhappy with the results she went and got the manager and claimed I was being rude. The manager had another stylist come over. The other stylist was saying she did not have time because she was with a client but started brushing and teasing my head. The entire time I was saying I just want the top of my head curled as well. They were all complaining because I have long hair and told me that was all they could do. They instructed me to spray it later. They charged me 77 dollars plus tax and called it a formal style, when it was literally the worst job I had ever seen in my life. I could have done it better myself and that is what I ended up having to do after I left in tears. Do not book here for your hair! April however did an amazing job on my lashes. She is very helpful, nice, and professional.

There were at least 5 people working in the store today.One was fixing her makeup, two were discussing amongst themselves how they like to walk around and try the product, and one was walking around aimlessly while ONE cashier took care of a line 3 customers deep.Do better!

I stopped in needing makeup for a wedding. The Clinique representative at ulta took the time to match me to the perfect makeup. He didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him( I’ve had experiences before where women made me feel like I was almost bothering them) I don’t remember his name but thank you again for helping me pick a great foundation.
