I had a great experience! The lady that helped me on July 29 around 5 o clock was amazing and so friendly. She helped me figure out what light bulb to get for my lamp because she had the same one!

This store is absolutely filthy: hair and makeup products spilled all over the floor and shelves and the floors were covered with dirt throughout the store. The clearance racks on the end caps were a jumbled mess on the absolute bottom shelf of the rack. Trip hazards all throughout the store with the way the shelves were stocked, especially the back rest pillows in the sheet aisle where I tripped at least three times. I decided not to purchase and will never come back to this location.

T.J. Maxx is a nearly mirror to Marshalls stores, with the same layout and item selections inside. The prices are very fair on name brand clothes from popular brands such as Nike, Adidas, Michael Kors, and more! Unfortunately this location has an awful selection of men's clothes compared to Marshalls stores, and the store is a bit messy. I won't be back to this location, the Marshalls in Toledo is much better.

The bathroom was dirty, pads and toilet paper on the floor and toilet seat and sinks were disgusting. I don’t recommend using bathroom.

one of the most unorganized tj maxxs i have been to. came here and my boyfriend spent $250 for one of the items to have the wrong tag scanned, and two of the colognes he got were not put in the bag. when i called asking the man continued to blame my boyfriend instead of whoever was at the register. the colognes were not in a bag or on the counter anywhere. everything on the racks is in the wrong size section and many things are stained or damaged.

You’d think Tj maxx was only a women’s store lol. Everytime I go to this location there’s nothing for men it’s easily the worst in the area.

I was able to go in and find what I wanted in a timely fashion. This doesn't always happen. Just depends on what their inventory looks like.

Smaller TJ Maxx, did not have a good variety. Could have been better organized. Still awesome because there's always great finds!!!!!

My phone was turned in after I left it in the restroom and the manager wanted me to give her my passcode out loud and not hold it to my face when I told her that it was an iPhone, and that my face would open it up. She told me there were two phones that were lost. One was an android, and one was an iPhone 14 Pro Max I guess I didn’t fit the profile for an iPhone. What a terrible feeling to be humiliated in a store full of customers!!!
