one of the most unorganized tj maxxs i have been to. came here and my boyfriend spent $250 for one of the items to have the wrong tag scanned, and two of the colognes he got were not put in the bag. when i called asking the man continued to blame my boyfriend instead of whoever was at the register. the colognes were not in a bag or on the counter anywhere. everything on the racks is in the wrong size section and many things are stained or damaged.

You’d think Tj maxx was only a women’s store lol. Everytime I go to this location there’s nothing for men it’s easily the worst in the area.

I was able to go in and find what I wanted in a timely fashion. This doesn't always happen. Just depends on what their inventory looks like.

Smaller TJ Maxx, did not have a good variety. Could have been better organized. Still awesome because there's always great finds!!!!!

My phone was turned in after I left it in the restroom and the manager wanted me to give her my passcode out loud and not hold it to my face when I told her that it was an iPhone, and that my face would open it up. She told me there were two phones that were lost. One was an android, and one was an iPhone 14 Pro Max I guess I didn’t fit the profile for an iPhone. What a terrible feeling to be humiliated in a store full of customers!!!

I was discriminated against in this store by an associate. When I proceeded to try my items on, the associate came and counted the amount of items I had instead of believing the amount I gave her however, a Caucasian individual before me gave her a number and she handed them her a number and proceeded to let her go back. When I asked to speak to a manager she was very nonchalant about my experience and discounted my feelings. I hope if you are shopping at this store and you are a person of color you are treated better than the experience I had.
