Stopped here on our way back east. 2nd time using this hotel as a pit stop.
A bit round about from the highway, but worth it.
Did laundry and some laps in the pool.
Comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice sitting area. Great breakfast!
We highly recommend ordering delivery from Zitos pizza joint if u stop here.

It is appropriate for the price, beds and linens were clean and nice and the service was good, but, the rooms were dirty and beat up and the breakfast was edible at best.

Well maintained hotel, plenty of staff on hand, staff was friendly, and helpful. Room was fresh, clean, up to date, beds were very comfortable, all areas of hotel were clean that we explored. When leaving the next morning saw 4 house keepers getting carts ready to start for the day. This hotel has 3 floors, we were on the 2nd floor. While trying to fall alseep with sound machine on we could here the room above foot steps. Luckily they came in and quickly went to bed at 12:30 am. The sound machine in the bedroom helped filter out all other noises for us except for the room above. This Hotel is just off the Interstate we could see the traffic but could not hear it. Also easy to get back on Interestate and with in less than 3 miles to other exits for gas, to many well known resturants, like Cracker Barrel, Burger King, and Stores such as Kroger. We do plan to stay here again. Our room was a King Bed in bedroom, pull out couch in living room, with a full kitchen, for $150 a night. That's why I give 4 stars

Hotel is quite ok, unfortunately there is one big negative point ... the washroom! The hotel is not able to maintain / repair the appliances (dryers and washing machines) properly... for many guests it is a big nuisance! Dryers and washing machines are constantly out of order and the dryers simply do not dry ...
Please take care of this as soon as possible!!!

Stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Location is conveniently right off of I75 but you don’t get the traffic noise from the highway. Hotel was quiet at night. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Easier to use climate control. Lots of amenities to use that looked well kept such as a pool, BBQ area and even an outdoor fire pit people were using. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options and the food was always warm and didn’t seem to be sitting out long getting cold or dried up. My only complaints are we asked to get the soap pump topped on in our room on the Saturday morning before we left because it was empty and it never happened. It was also impossible to find a pen in this place. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.
Rooms: Large rooms with a kitchen then a separate room for sleeping separated by doors. Separate climate control for each room. Clean with comfortable beds and pillows.

Location was great for why we were there. Room was very dirty. Spilled food/drinks all over fridge, spilled sticky stuff all over countertops, heavy dust all over furniture, shower wasn't cleaned (had hair in it), broken dishes in microwave, so that obviously wasn’t cleaned either. Soap dispensers for shower had fallen off the wall before our arrival, rather than put it back up, they set it on the back of the toilet. Nothing was refilled, so we had no body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Tried calling the front desk to discuss with someone but every time I tried the phone just kept ringing. We chose Staybridge Suites because typically these are very clean. This one, was not. Very disappointing.

First time in a Staybridge - and I'll be back!! This place was clean. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Free laundry machines. Great pool. The lounge and outdoor areas were awesome- they even have two grills and many tables for a cookout. Highly suggest it!

Came into town for a family event and had the best time thanks to Sarah on the later shift. After the event our family came over and stayed outside near the fire place, once it got a bit cold we were able to come indoors and finish our post event activates. Sarah was so helpful and made a lasting impression I will definitely refer this hotel for future visits. For my last request , Sarah go visit your family! - Christina A.

So disappointed that I paid for a room for four guests but have to go purchase our own pillows for the pull out couch. Rude night time desk woman said they don't have any pillows. There were a few other incidents and inconveniences but I have to say upon check out they did make it ok with a comped night and another night discounted.

Nice comfortable quiet room. The complimentary breakfast and evening social hours are very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
Convenient location to things in the northwestern Ohio area.
Minor negatives:
- The room microwave was not user friendly at all.
- Trash should have been picked up at least every other day.
- Swimming pool temperature was much to cool for my taste.
I will definitely stay there again.
