Manager Mitch/Mitchell is unhinged and called the cops on me for saying i would leave a bad review after he refused to help me when the pump took $40 and did not dispense fuel the day prior. Credit card users beware:A few days ago i stopped at Speedway as I am a regular and put $40 in gas. The pump was not working and charged my card. I talked to the lady working and she said she didn't know why the manager put the pump back in order when she just put it out of order. She called the manager and he told her my money would be back on my card shortly. She told me if the money wasn't back on the card, I could come talk to the manager in the morning. It wasn't back on my card so i came back in the morning and spoke with Mitch the manager. The only thing he did was tell me I could call corporate and that was it. I mentioned what the lady said about the pump and he told me I was lying. That frustrated me on top of him not helping me get my money back but I never disrupted others from cashing out, I didn't yell, cuss, call any names and he told me to leave. I said "okay, i have a big social medial following and will be posting a bad review." He then said he was done talking to me and called the police at 7AM. He spent more time looking for the police non emergency number than he did helping me call corporate to get MY MONEY BACK. 2 police cars showed up and were not phased at all. Did not ask me my name nor did they say I did anything wrong. Wasted police time when there was no obstruction or intimidation/threats being made. Mitch told police he's never had a problem with me before and that i was allowed back if i was "respectful." Very clear that this was just a big power play and that he didn't want to do his job. If someone did something that actually warranted police to be called, they probably shouldn't be allowed back on property.Since he told me to call corporate about my money I enlightened them about this situation and Speedway Corporation apologized on behalf of Soeedway as a whole and that I am more than welcome at any of their stores. I love Speedway, I just won't be returning to this one until management changes and their card system is updated. This was the SECOND time my card has been charged here and on their end was not paid for. I have never experienced this at any other gas station or store nor heard of it happen to anyone else. Manager RUDE & wouldnt take my ID bc their "machine said it wouldnt take it" yet i had three weeks before I had to renew it.

Guy was extremely rude. Claimed he couldn't cash in $80 in lottery tickets even if I spent another 50 on Lotto, he was just being lazy
