they dont have a website and when asked why they told me its cause they dont want you to compare their prices with other storage units
when you call them it goes to their home phone. and they have a sworn oath about not telling you their prices over the phone either unless they are trying to fill a space directly.
so if something like a 10x20 is open. they wont tell you unless you have been working with them for 1 year or over.
also they have a 10x30 but its apparentlt been booked out for 10 years.
so yeah. just dont come here and post your pricing in these comments since im sure it varies based off your personality.
heres mine
5x10 = $60/mo
10x10 = $85/mo
they wont tell you the price if you get put on a waiting list either.

This place is secure and clean which is why I gave them one star. However their bookkeeping is so messed up it's ridiculous. For the first six months I was double-charged. Then I move out 2 weeks before the end of the month and they still charge me the next month. Now it's taking days for them to fix the error and they don't have any proof that they gave me a credit. Do not rent from them. However if you do check your bank statement regularly because that's why they want you to give them a credit card so they can charge whatever they want.

Whatever you do, Do not pre pay for your storage facility. I have been storing there for 3 years and have always prepaid 4 months at a time. I sold the motorhome I was storing there and called requesting a refund for February and March. I was informed that refunds are never granted. Even for months paid in advance. Just Sayin!!!!!!

Moving to the area in a few months. Woman on the phone refused to give me any pricing information due to it being "foolish" to talk to someone who may not rent with them anyway. I pressed her on why she didn't want to give me prices she said it's because people price shop and she didnt want to waste her time with people who may never come in!! With THAT kind of customer service I will go elsewhere! Here's a hint, get a website. It's 2018.

Stopped in just before 10 a.m. to rent a unit and no one was here! Called the number on the door and they said they'd get some one over in 10-15 minutes...

Very expensive $90 for large and it took them over 6 months to get the billing right. They kept over charging me every month. And the owners are never there to correct any problems. If it wasn't for their location, I would definitely go elsewhere!!
