I had a unknown charge and also had my account frozen , Laine the customer service representative was so nice and answered all of my questions along with telling me Goodmorning and have a good day, best customer service representative I’ve talked to at Huntington, thank you laine!!

Went in to get bigger bills as I'm a server and had a lot of ones. Manager was very rude about it said that the bank doesn't like doing that and normally only does it for account holders, which I then told her I had an account there. She rolled her eyes and handed me my cash and I left. All she had to do was ask me first if I had an account rather than complain then ask me.
