“We needed keys made for our doors. Home Depot sold us the doors and lock sets but couldn't make copies. So, we went to Ace in hopes they could do what Home Depot couldn't. They did. They made copies of the keys with ease and made our frustration melt away. More than I can say for Home Depot. WELL DONE!”

“My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't able to get my car out of the garage for a doctor appointment. I called around and most places said, it would be a few days before they could do a service call. I called Northwood Door, and they arrived in less than two hours. The repair was made in about an hour. Great company to do business with! I'll call them again when I replace my doors.”

“Today we ate out on the patio. Nice little setup with umbrellas for a bit of shade. They could use a couple more though, sun was pretty strong today. Anyway, as usual the food was fantastic. The server on the patio was pretty swamped though & could've probably used some help. But overall it was still a good experience for today.”

“My husband and I come here almost every week for items that he needs for his job along with other side items, and every time, we have a great experience. The cashiers, for the most part, are always nice and do a great job. It's usually not a long wait in line either, even on busy days like the weekends. I love the rebate option and how randomly they will have a bag upon entering the entrance side that you can put your items inside to then get a discounted price. These bag sales have saved us a lot of money. Menards, in my opinion, is the more affordable home improvement/hardware store in the holland area. There is even a grocery area that we frequently visit to buy food/beverage items like coffee, pop, candy, chips, dips, and more.”

“Even though there are closer places to have my yard equipment fixed (one is 3 blocks away), I travel from Perrysburg to have Art fix my stuff. He's awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't feed you a line of crap. The others back there a really friendly too. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, but Art is a pro!
