Andrew and the team at Belle Tire Rossford are wonderful! They are extremely professional and friendly. They got me into a set of mastercraft tires for an unbeatable price and the car was done even before it was promised ! Not to mention, the free brake, battery and alignment check! One of the best experiences I’ve had with any shop. Highly recommended this place !

I stopped to ask how much air is supposed to be in my tires. He showed me where to find the info in my Jeep he then put air in all my tires to make sure they were filled properly.

Scheduled appointment for 11:30am with a promised time of 1:55pm. Vehicle wasn't even taken back for service until 2:05pm and they changed the promise time to 3:15pm. I could have gotten a discount with Car Advise if I would have walked in, because they won't schedule appointments for fleet maintenance, but I feel that I was treated like a walk-in when they didn't start on my vehicle until 2 hours and 5 minutes after scheduled time.
It's now 4:12pm and promise time is now 4:45pm.

Do not bring your car here. Firstly when you search free mechanical vehicle inspection and this place comes up - don’t do it. It is actually $30.00 and when you call them out on why it isn’t free as advertised they give you a bunch of different answers. If you are going to lie about it at least stick with one answer. Secondly, Nathan should not be customer facing - no phones and no counter. He is rude and condescending. You were standing around talking for basically the entire three hours I was there - so sorry to interrupt your little pow wow of doing nothing to ask how much longer my car was going to take. And then you go outside and still stand and talk as if all of us waiting in the lobby can’t see you doing nothing. And he wasn’t the only one - I didn’t catch the name of the guy who processed my payment - but he was just as bad. Lastly, THEY WILL CHARGE MORE THAN THEY QUOTED YOU. In my case over $100 more. As a reviewer from a couple of weeks ago who was also female mentioned - clearly a common practice here.

Nathan gives you an attitude if you ask how long the car is gonna take after watching his entire crew just stand outside for 20 minutes while I’ve waited for the car to be done for over 3 hours and charged me two diagnostics when the original guy who helped me only said they’d do one and take $30 off but no Nathan decided let’s not do that and charge me for 2 diagnostics which made my original cost of this visit from $300 to over $480 this place is a rip off and Nathan’s probably just mad his hairline has receded so much that he should just come to terms he needs to go bald

The rundown is that I went in to get a bulb replaced in my right taillight. They told me it’ll take around two hours because there’s people ahead of me. That was not the problem. The issue was that they overcharged me, they charged me over forty dollars. They claimed it was due to labor plus the 3.99 the actual part. I felt taken advantage of due to them having me come in at closing so I felt I had no choice but to pay. I think the fair thing would’ve been half or even less since I wasn’t getting the equivalent of an oil change. Next time I’ll ask a trusted mechanic for a reasonable price. I’ve never posted a complaint before but I don’t want other people, especially women to receive the same service.

My tire was losing air pressure, so I took it to Belle Tire. The reception gentleman was very polite and answered all my questions. They would take it in and check it out and let me know if it needed plugged or a new tire. In about 15 min, the checkout gentleman called me up to the desk and told me it was ready to go. They were able to plug the tire and air it up. They didn't even charge me! Thanks guys...you are awesome!!

Bought tires here attempted to get an alignment. I was told my lower control arms were bad. Had them replaced and attempted alignment a second time. After wasting 2 trips for an "appointment" I was then told both inner tie rod ends are now bad. How was this missed on the initial inspection. This is not a good business practice. I do not recommend this location or it's staff.

Caught a piece of metal in my brand new run flat tires on my way to pick up my daughter. This place patched my tire and got me back on the road within a few hours. The cost was $0 which blew my mind. As a single dad my weekends with my daughter are something I look forward to all week. I can’t say enough about the employees at this place. Thank you so much
Sorry you have to deal with customers like “car guy” below that thinks spending 5k on an attorney for $15 in scratches on a wheel well is a flex.
