One of my employees went to get some food for his crew and as usual was ignored he went to a station 2 miles away and got hot fried chicken wow this is Ohio 2023 not Alabama 1963

Went here today 4/8/2023 and got pizza btw soooooo good and was ready when I got there! I took my son in with me (my son was very tired) and he began throwing a tantrum one of the older ladies saw me struggling to talk him down and get my pizza to the car so she took him aside and had a chat with him and I am extremely thankful because sometimes it takes someone else to sit and chat with your children for them to see a different a view he shaped up after that :) I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but all I can do is say thank you so much for being the extra hand I needed in that moment

DO NOT EAT HERE!AWEFUL FOOD!AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!We ordered a deluxe pizza from here. I took it the 20 min home and when my son took a bite the pizza was RAW!I called them and told them that the pizza was still DOUGH! They told me to bring it back and they would finish cooking it. I told them I live 20 min away. They told me I could put it in my oven. I told them that was not an option for me (my kitchen is mid remodel). I told them since I'm driving back I wanted a refund. I will just take my family somewhere. They told me they would only issue a partial refund if I brought it back and if I was coming in they would just finish cooking it for me instead! $25 for a deluxe pizza that isn't even cooked and then aweful customer service. This was our first visit since they changed ownership and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I've been eating here for years the pizza is great the rosewood sandwich is a must before heading to shadybowl but the wings well they are next level ive never experienced anything less than the good Hometown feel great staff I love them having alittle of everything

Rosewood Grocery has delicious food and friendly staff. Besides their awesome pizza , they also have great breakfasts and lunch specials too!
