It’s been three weeks and my package has not been delivered. I work every day 7-4:30 and i do not have time to pick it up. Outrageous.

Phone always busy and employees are very rude. Its an inconvenience so it seems for them to help customers.

Woman named, Heather was rude to me for no reason. I was waiting my turn as someone was being helped inside. I was at the walk up window out side. Employees seen me waiting. Heather came to the window and said if I wanted waited on I need to hit the call button. I said people seen me, she cut me off and said hit the call button anyway. It was the tone and the rudness in the way she cut me off. Very disrespectful. Maybe a couple classes in customer service might be helpful.

The gentleman who works here was so helpful and patient. He was very knowledgeable and answered a bunch of questions. He was very informative and helped me decide the best shipping option for me. He went above and beyond. Such amazing service at this little post office!

At 3 p.m. today I called the phone rang 15 or 20 times until recording come on. The phone number has been busy ever since last time I was actually there people were very rude.
