Decided to let everyone know what I was mailing out along with laughing at me for not understanding what she said while insulting me for it. Extremely disrespectful staff.

It’s been three weeks and my package has not been delivered. I work every day 7-4:30 and i do not have time to pick it up. Outrageous.

Phone always busy and employees are very rude. Its an inconvenience so it seems for them to help customers.
