Called a place here in town that said they had plenty rail ties in stock they didn't, called carter lumber they were 3$ cheaper per tie and I got them delivered same day going to be shopping here from now on

My boyfriend ordered windows from here on March 5th. They said it would be about three weeks until they were in. Fast forward to six weeks since the order was placed and still NO WINDOWS. Carter has had terrible communication throughout this process and hasn’t apologized once for this inconvenience. They have lied multiple times now that the windows were on the truck and the MANAGER even promised that they would be delivered last week. We will never be placing an order here again and we’ll make sure everyone we know doesn’t place an order here either. Extremely disappointed.

Had the exact match to the trim I needed. Good helpful service. Only ppssible complaint is the location. Its a little out of the way for me. Still was well worth it.
