The business actually came to me to sign a contract ( not a year's lease just a month month contract). I could not be there before he was closing. This business goes out of his way to accommodate his customers.

I sold my house and moved with family for 7 months, i stored most of what i owned in a unit at rootstown storage. When i went back for my things there was a lot of mold and stink bugs all over everything. I removed most of my belongings over the duration of a week but on my last trip i found that someone had unlocked and left open the back door of my unit. The owners are the only ones with a key. My things could have been stolen and regardless, i paid my $89 for the month and if they decided i was done then they needed to give me a refund for that month. Theres no reason for them to have gone into my unit, i most definitely did not have any suspicious behavior happening. Was not at all happy with this place. I dont ever give bad reviews unless it is completely deserved. Go to portage storage down the street.

Used this storage for over a year and always felt my property was very safe. The owner went went out-of-his-way to make the experience easier for me. Very friendly and reasonably priced.
