Wanted to put a “shout out” for the kindness and help that was shown to us Friday on our way for a weekend camping trip. On our way to the campground the family’s muffler that we were traveling with started dragging. We pulled in to your business and with no hesitation the girl that was working assisted us and because of her we were able to tie the muffler up, enjoy our weekend and make it back to Canton. That small gesture made all the difference in the unexpected traveling issue that occurred. Thank you!

Unfortunately, in my line of work I deal with many tow companies. The owners and employees are very professional and extremely helpful. I can't recommend them enough!

Do not trust these people. They lied from the minute the driver got out of the truck. They told my son they could repair the vehicle so he should just have the car towed to their shop. They said the initial charge for the tow was $375. When they found out we weren't using insurance they refused to repair the vehicle and the charge to get our car out of their yard was going to be over $1000. They claimed it was because the police called them. Then they claimed it was in impound. (The police confirmed this was a lie) The woman claimed she was with the driver and knew that he didn't tell our son to take it to their shop for repair. The woman on the phone kept insisting we use insurance and refused to accept that we didn't want to. She refused to take payment over the phone and after I drove an hour to their shop, I was told they only accept cash (on President's Day). When we finally got the car away from them the other tow company charged us $130 to take the car the same distance as the original tow.
