“Glad we used them for our vehicle repairs. They weren't a guaranteed shop with our car insurance, but they had way better reviews then the place they gave us. So happy we went with them. They were efficient and took no time to get started on our vehicle. One place couldn't even get us in for almost a month which was not ideal since we couldn't use the car. Caliber collision was friendly and kept us notified of the entire process. Very happy with the work they did.”

“They will order parts from factory direct dealers. My car is rare and hard to get parts for but advance always tries and orders the parts but it does take a long time to get the parts. All I can say is at least they can get the parts because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't even be able to drive my car.”
“Cliff and team are great. They do very good work. They are friendly and will stop working and have a discussion with you about your repairs or custom paint job. They are busy so you will want to schedule an appointment for custom work. They do accept insurance claims as well.”

“Had a fantastic experience with Anthony a few days ago. I needed a new AGM battery for my Dodge Ram pickup. He was accommodating, courteous, informative, and very helpful. They couldn’t assist me in installing it due to all my aftermarket stuff, however he came outside and handed me the tools I needed and kept me company while I changed it. He went over and beyond to make sure I completed the task I was taking on. Thank you Anthony!”
“Don't let the size of the place ir the signage on the building deture you. They have a wealth if knowledge and experience and I have known thru others some of the off the wall jobs they have pulled off. Seems to me they will take on any challenge. Met them through my buddy. I had a electrical add on lighting problems on my then new Silverado that the dealership said could not be done. Went to a automobile electrical repair shop and he said could not be done so u brought it to him and he took the challenge on a d got it done better then I expected and what he charged me well it should have been more just for his time alone he spent on it. So I wanted to add more and he got it dine so now I have a appointment to have the same done on my ne 2924 Silverado LTZ plus even more and I can't wait for it to be done and done right after other places says it can't be done so from my mouth I can't highly recommend the place and people enough. Give them a shot you won't be unhappy. Only downside is location and there is not realy any kind of lounge to be comfortable in so if it's going to be a bit plan on leaving and coming back or you go across the street there is a good restaurant and bar you can't waist some time in and the food is goid”

“Outstanding!! About halfway in our family trip to DC on a Sunday morning, we had a serpentine belt failure. Jay and the staff were exceptional! Thankfully they had the parts needed and helped connect us to a mechanic that would complete the repair and get us back on the road in a few hours. The O'Reilly staff and the mechanic were friendly, understanding, and professional. This would be my go-to store and mechanic if I lived in the area.”

“was getting ready for long trip to Florida and wanted bearings repacked. I didn't have much time ,but they got me in on time. they also did a visual check and took care of any other needs for me. I really liked this place. I am referring them to a friend. I was not happy having these big RV dealers do work on my travel trailer. They are in my opinion sub standard for repairs.”
